SMINK is pleased to present its third exhibition of paper-based art. All the works are original and represent a varied range of collectible paperwork - some three dimensional, some drawn or painted on paper. Every collector appreciates the dimension that framed paper pieces add to a collection.
Robert Szot works with a press to create his images and then paints on top of them with oil. Signe Stuart teases shape and dimension from Unryu paper to create a relief linear patterned field. Diane McGregor paints on paper with acylic medium. Paula Roland creates encaustic pieces on Mulberry paper; Thel works in a variety of mediums; and Richard Hogan works purely in pastel on a heavy Strathmore paper.
Opening Reception May 12th, 5-8 p.m.
Exhibition through August 25th
